consider the Respati Beach Hotel.
I believe they have inter-connecting rooms.
It's a nice boutique beachfront hotel in the northern end of Sanur.
Their restaurant on the beach does pretty decent food and it's close to shops and restaurants on the main drag. The Sanur Beach Markets also are a short stroll away.
