Casa Padma and All Seasons won't have much room for kids to move around, if that is a big priority for you. I haven't seen the other two hotels, so can't comment on them.
Casa Padma has a different sort of pool that wraps around the restaurant area and is fairly close to the ground floor rooms. Not much in the way of sitting area outside the rooms though. There are some deck chairs, but I don't recall any chairs actually in front of the rooms themselves. The non-ground floor rooms have no balcony at all. Family room would be ideal if the two kids are happy enough sleeping in a king size bed together. Friends of mine were quoted US$130/night for the family/deluxe suite.
I've only had a brief look in the All Seasons and didn't like the 'concrete jungle' feel of the place so didn't check it out any further.
