i have stayed at the jayakarta twice and staying again next may-jun. Some of the rooms are outdated but you can book privately owned rooms that are owned by australians who have refurbished them and added their own decor. These are very reasonable priced. The jayakarta has 3 big pools with alot of chairs around them and its perfectly located with the beach right out the back gate and good shopping and restaraunts out the front door. I would recommend jayakarta !!! You go to bali to have a cheap getaway and spending $9000 is ridiculous, you could go to US for that :)
