Gazebo cottage online for $80, but that would only do for 2 - I know they have family rooms and if you contact them direct you can ask if they would do one for $100. It's right on the beach and we've stayed there lots of times and love it - very central, etc. The email address I've used is gazebosanur@windowslive.com and the person I've dealt with is Asti.
