How long to get

Does anyone have an idea how long it is likely to take for us to clear customs/immigration when arriving back at Darwin - we are scheduled to land at 0400 and have a connecting flight departing to Cairns at 0620 (check in closes 0520) - is this enough time or should we change our booking?
