We were there in mid February this year and late October last year. We found it hotter in October but still lovely and warm, probably even a bit more pleasant during our February stay. It rained only once during each stay. Both times were "off peak" so hotels were cheaper too and were'nt packed with people. Same goes for places like Waterbom Park etc. I would recommend either of these months without hesitation. We are off again next February...can't wait!
