Went to their site and it appears that it is in for everyone travelling now. Their site says (Valid for ticket issued until 17 Dec 2011) The paper states that every kg over the allowance will be charged at the applicable rate i.e. Indonesia to Perth $10 USD per kg. Remember children are still only 20kg total
