I suppose it's your own choice but after speaking with some of the people selling these places I wouldn't go through with it.
We met with one guy who is selling some stage three places in Kuta and also spoke with the person responsible for advertising the places.
Even the guy selling the advertising told us that the people selling are not trustworthy.
We have also spoken with people who have bought into apartments and they tell the same story about how these characters will give you everything till they get your money and then they will take you for anything they can get.
Not for us I'm afraid because this could turn the "dream" into a nightmare.
