The type of aircraft depends on from which port you are flying. Sydney and Melbourne use the A330-300 (fully retrofitted with inflight entertainment at every seat) or the new A330-200'S, while from Perth you would fly the Boeing 737-800NG. The seat pitch on Garuda is much better than the LCC's - even more so on the Airbus. Garuda is a full service airline so inflight entertainment, meals, beverages (including alcoholic), pillows and blankets are included in your fare. Garuda has 4-Star accreditation from Skytrax and offers a whole new level of quality and service based on their motto "The Garuda Experience".
