We have sat down with them & cropped & modified photos with them, they will usually copy the card to a folder on their computer however if you leave the card with them tell them not to delete the photos & always lock the card (little tab on the side of the card) before you give the card over to copy the photos ( it stops virus's geting on your card) wipe photos with cameras software after you get your prints .
