I use vayamama dot com or kayak or bookingwiz,from LAX China Air to Taipe(Taiwan)3hrs stopover then Bali total 21hrs price$1080 tax incl.For 2012 Korean Air is the most cheap option.I don't know how much would be from Texas but it is a major international hub.
