Check out the new Quest hotel in Legian. It opened in May. I leave in 3 days and booked a 1 bed apartment (50 sqm) for 70. The standard rooms are around 50 on hotelclub.com - it is between JL Legian and sunset rd, about 10 min walk to main part of Legian. Rooms look nice and new.
