I like the look of both Maharta Hotel & the Kusnadi in Legian. Haven't stayed at either but researched a LOT of places in that area for our upcoming family trip. Neither was really suitable for us as a family but would probably be my first 2 choices of hotel if I was going on a girls trip (something I DREAM about doing when my daughter is a bit older lol). Maharta is more expensive, being beachfront location but I think Kusnadi looks like great value if you're not fussed about being right on the beach.
I always like to base myself in Legian for shopping & spa'ing as there are some great shops & spas right at your doorstep, but also very central for getting to both Seminyak and Kuta/Tuban when you want to. Good luck with the decision - you are spoilt for choice!!
