I would compare the rates they gave you with those you would have got booking independently. We charge the same rates to everyone. I was very unhappy to have our rates posted at 100% what we charge as well as copywritten information that was actually several years out of date posted on their website. Maybe they have cleared up their act now but I hear from other businesses they still are trying to act as unofficial agents for businesses.
