allow them to go to Bali, or any other foreign country, without responsible adults that I trust with them. I would even be doubtful sending my kids on a school trip with teachers. We have all heard stories of teachers leaving kids behind on excursions.
Also check out the report in the latest Bali editor about the number of bodies unclaimed at the morgue. Kids get scared when something happens if they think they will be in trouble so they need an adult to turn to.
