I booked this hotel for 5 nights(agoda) in 2010, my sister and I were really looking forward to staying as i believe it has a 4* rating and got very good reviews on all of the travel sights that i researched it also said that it has "newley renovated rooms".to cut a long story short the rooms were looking very tired.. bathrooms not clean and in one room the bed linen had a large stain on it, we spoke to the manager who offered us an upgrade to a suite, but alas this to was shabby. The hotel was newly renovated 7 years ago! on a positive note had no triuble with receiving a full refund from agoda. hope this helps......
