if you go to the top off jalan padmar street oppersit end from beach past the lokah hotel on the same side go to the top of the street turn left there is a beauty saloon there that does what your asking about its before you get to the air asia office. the shop has a big glass windows and is painted outside red/black can not rember the name of shop sorry hope this helps. a lady stayin at the lokah had her eye brows done she was very happy with the outcome . sorry can not find card with address on . hope you find the shop,
