More expensive to use than Commonwealth card
Commonwealth fee is only $2 per withdrawal at any C/Wealth ATM in Bali
C/Wealth have a cirrus logo and can be used at any other ATM displaying the the logo (additional fees apply at a non C/Wealth)
Nab cards have the plus sign & can only be used at ATM's with the plus sign displayed
Fees for NAB
"Overseas Access NAB Debit card or Linked NAB Credit Card
NAB Visa Debit Card
ATM Cash withdrawal1 $4 per withdrawal
Balance enquiry $1 per enquiry
Foreign currency transaction fee1 2% of Australian dollar transaction amount for cash withdrawals made in currencies other than Australian dollars."

NAB Gold Visa Debit card
"We waive the $10 monthly fee if you deposit at least $5,000 per month
