3BR in Sanur - any recommendations?...

I have a work colleague visiting Bali for the first time in December, along with her brother-in-law & her parents. I have suggested Sanur might be the right mix of relaxation, with a bit of shopping & good restaurants thrown in.

Can anyone suggest 3BR accommodation, with own pool? Budget is up to approx US$400 per night. Prefer beach side of Jl Tamblingan but not essential.

I have looked at a couple of villas whilst in Sanur, but only been looking for 2BR to suit ourselves so would appreciate suggestions.
