we always go there ,if your facing the bintang supermarket its to your left and they sell phones too. One time i got a sim from the street in kuta and he set it up for me and after one call it ran out of credit so i think they can rip you with a used sim maybe?? This place I recommend will put in the sim tape the number to the back of your phone and then dial the credit number and show you that it has credit on it.
