Jetstar guys made me put them into checked luggage,that was a couple of years ago. In August a bloke had a few in his hand and the Jetstar staff just made him go and have them plastic wrapped and he took them on the plane.
They are cheapest upstairs in Hardy's supermarket (Sanur), both kites and flags! :) Deb
