You don't mention where you are travelling from but if it is from Australia you will not be able to take the wine through security at the airport in your carry on luggage as it will be confiscated if you try.
The only option is for you to place it in your check in luggage. Wrap each bottle in a towel to give them some padding, and you will find they arrive in one piece.
You are allowed to bring in 1 litre of wine per person, so two 750ml bottles between you is fine.
