Hi, we walked from Jayakarta to Kudeta along the beach and it took us about 30 minutes with our 12 year old. We weren't walking fast, and stopped to take photos of the beach and horses, dogs etc! This was an easy walk during the day, but wouldn't do it at night because of the darkness on the beach and there is also a small 'inlet' of water that comes in on the shore that you need to cross over (easy if you can see what you are doing!). We also walked from Jayakarta to Dynasty Hotel (opposite direction) and that took us about 75 minutes (combination of beach and streets). Our 12 year old had tears in her eyes at the end of that walk because she was so tired, as we had spent the day at waterbom park - so wouldn't suggest that again!!
