specifically to children but I can recommend a tailor who made a dress for my 4yo daughter on our last trip, as well as several for me. I took along a favourite dress of my daughter's to have copied but you can also take catalogue pics or photos from the internet & do the same.
Cintya will come to your hotel and will bring samples of fabrics with her. She didn't have a huge range of cotton fabrics suitable for a child, so we only had a single dress made in a pretty floral. This time around I plan to go to Alta Moda & buy fabric from there (will arrange to meet Cintya there or find out from her the quantities required at the first fitting). I have asked the same question about children's fabrics at Alta Moda, and whilst I don't think there is a big range I am sure there will be some suitable floral cottons.

I just emailed her in the week before we left & then sent her a text when we arrived in Bali to arrange for her to come to our hotel. Very happy with the service & quality provided.
