So sad to read about Carstens tragic death in a motorbike accident. We met him a few years ago and always went to see him and his staff every time we went to Bali, the last time we met was in June. We had not been back to Bali for four years but he recognised us as soon as we walked in, it was a though it had been only yesterday when we last met. We will miss our conversations with him, to his wife and family and staff we send our condolences, never forgotten.
