For you fabric i would try Alta Moda, they have a huge range of local and imported fabric. They are located in Kuta on Jl. Dewi Sri.
I recommend The Rezeky Tailor located on Jl. Dyana Pura in Seminyak, their quality is fantastic!
Also, if you have any sample of clothes you would like to copy that makes things easier and quicker...
