Sometimes, when you have the opportunity to go out 'sans kids' its nice not to have to deal with anyone elses either...
But then when I do take my children, they behave themselves.
For the most part people do control their kids and most of them are well behaved then you get the mini bogans, who really can't be blamed- when they have crappy feral parents how are they supposed to know any better??
There are good arguments for both sides.
