I spend a lot of time in this area as my husband is from there... The Banjar hot springs are wonderful and so pretty..The buddist temple is also a lovely visit, A early morning boat ride to see the dolphins..lovely beach.. beautiful scenery.
A great family hotel is called the Melka which has a dolphin pool and i believe circus school.. A very cheap but wonderful hotel is called the Bagus home stay.. it is small but i think has one of the nicest gardens around.. The Bakery is good for lunch...
