it is not a "boat' but a big slow ferry. it is not that unpleasant. it is a slow ride on a crowded ferry with typical indo conditions, i have never seen the toilt is bad condition as the other poster said, but true, the fast boats or airplane is a better option, if u are out for the adventure, buy a one way ticket on the ferry, the use ur choices as to how to gwt back! enjoy your trip!
