Very easy to organise drivers from Ubud - plenty in and around the main street touting for business. You could probably get away with a 1/2 day rate to Candidasa if you are just going straight there with no stops, around 250 000 rupiah or for full day hire looking at around 400 000 rupiah.
Other option is to take the Perama shuttle bus - just had a look on their website and one way Ubud - Candidasa is 50 000 per person
