It's school holidays around the time you are looking at, so booking ahead may be a good idea.
I've stayed a couple of times at Ketut's Place - great location, walking distance from the main street and markets, a homestay but a little more up market that the $12 per night cheapies. Either the Deluxe or Standard Rooms would probably suit your needs.
