I'm a RN, and we do travel vaccinations at work and they recommend that you have your routine vaccinations (including Hep B) Hep A and typhoid and rabies.
I've never bothered while going to Bali, I just wear lots of mozzie repellant day and night to try avoid dengue. Dengue mozzies bite during the day, so its important to wear it all the time.
