What a shame that these cretins think they run the hotel and do whatever they like. I agree, I think the staff feel intimidated by the loud obnoxious ones and let a lot of stuff fly.
As for the drinking, this happens at most hotels I have stayed at, shame really as I think it is such a waste of a holiday to sit around instead of getting out and amongst it. But I suppose all to their own.......EXCEPT when they let off bungers!!
