im writing this as we have just returned from the pullman hotel ment to be a 5star hotel well what a shock for what it cost to stay there it was rubbish hotel not finished plaster falling of the walls aircon coming away from the roof took till 4pm for room to be cleaned no menus in the room or info books dnt get me worng the location is A1 but for 400 aussie dollars a night i would of been better staying in a villa anyone else have the same experience
