I catch up often with a friend in Bali and when he is there he frequents cheap eateries and bars and wears, god forbid, a Bintang singlet and stubbies.
He made $42mil last year..... hardly a dero but sadly you would probably label him one.
Sad that you make an assumption on people you have never met or probably conversed with. Shame as my mate would probably have bought you a beer.
