I suggest that you just continue to ask someone in the street, shops etc.
As COPY Billabong shirts are "supposed" to be illegal and if someone replies to you with an address that shop could well be raided and goods confiscated.
I am sure customs, police etc read these forums.

There are plenty of Billabong copy shops around just keep asking, but 5X could be a problem.
