I did discover a luxury lingerie seller in Jl Drupadi in Seminyak, but you'd want to have a small bust and big wallet! I'm sure there are others in Seminayak.
Other people may have more idea, but I would have thought that good quality underwear is something you'd stock up on during trips home.
