Last time I booked tickets for my family to go to Bali with Garuda in Jan, using Garudas Online Booking system. Unfortuantly I got our first names and surnames mixed up on the ticket.
When I called the Perth office this morning, the lady said there was nothing she could do and to sort it out on the day of the flight. I don't think this is a good idea, but she was adamant that it would be fine. I also tried Garuda in Indonesia via email, but this was even less help.
