When ever were in Bali I give the kids coke with every meal.
Yes my daughter gets an upset tummy each visit,but my son and the rest of us are a bit loose than usual but not sick at all.
Another hint is to take a pre biotic(gastro Health) before you go to put a lining on thier tummys
