Ask your Doc for some paediatric Stemetil (5mg) suppositories and get some for yourself (25mg). If you are unfortunate enough to cop a bad bug they are a lifesaver. Generally these things will hit you in the middle of the night and tablets are of no use as they can't be kept down.
