The service was pretty good, although probably not what you'd get in Australia. There wasn't a lot of "feel good" reassuring type communication before our arrival when I asked questions and made requests for specific types of nannies.
In the end, the nannies they provided were fine. I have used one of them again, privately, and she is great.
Be aware that the nannies receive less than half of what you pay for the service, which means they aren't getting the kind of generous pay they get if they work directly for a family on a casual basis.
