afford a tv and they can't afford the electricity to power a tv they shuldn't be encouraged to be sitting at home watchinng that tv. A tv is something you might think others shouldn't be without but better would be to encourage people to get out and be more involved community members and work towards improving their and their children's personal, economic and educational situation.
