This year. I have always gone through travel agents in the past. I got quotes for 2 different hotels from travel agents, Internet booking agents and also webjet/zuji. I did this Continuously over a series of 4-5 months and ended up booking directly with the airline and directly with the resort and got the cheapest prices out of each different way by quite a few hundred dollars. All the agents agoda,, webjet, travel agents etc all put their commission on top. I also booked for 2 adults and 2 children and as everywhere in Bali seems to be for 2 adults and 1 chd, the few hundred dollars saved is a huge bonus.
I agree with others though as you have time up your sleeve book your accom and worry about flights later. Hope you get a great price!
