Silver Dragon on Jl Laksmana in Seminyak, right next door to Seminyak Square. Bintang is on the opposite side of the road from the Ramada Camakila on Jl Padma Utara.
It really depends on what type of jewellery you like and how much you're prepared to spend! Bintang has a good range and is fixed price.
Silver Dragon sells a lot of Pandora and also Thomas Sabo charms but also has other jewellery. A bit more expensive but very good quality.
