you may be in for a bit of a shock Freo when you get here next week. There has been so much development since you were last here. My friend arrived yesterday... he was last here in March and even since then he is surprised. Another arrived recently after a 3 year break and was shocked at the change in that time, I recently took about 60 photos of the areas as a photo record to compare in the years that come. Change is coming and not all for the better..
