I've just spent the weekend at Ravens Nest Villa Sanur. It can be found just in behind the Wicked Parrot Restaurant at the entry to the Vila Shanti.
It's 2 storey, 3 bed,3 bathroom, private pool,4th toilet and shower for pool, plenty of grounds around the pool, parking inside the gates for about 3 cars, staffed from 8am - 1pm, security on the gate 24/7.

BTW...it's only Aus$150 a night....pretty bloody hard to beat for what it is....and I've stayed in some rippers.
It's new to the market (1st Aug) and will probably book quick.
