Hi Clovis,
panic attacks affect 1 in 75 people.
many years ago my GP gave me book by Bev Aisbett a cartoonist who suffered with and cured her panic attacks, "Living with IT" This very simple, humorous book worked for me over all other treatments, can I say almost making fun of the attacks. It is small and recommended reading, possible to take to Bali with you.
Remember that shallow breathing will create dizzyness, if tense breath deeply, slowly and relax. Panic attacks will not kill you.
Avoid alcohol, and caffeine and stimulants.
A bag to breath into will also also assist, even if it looks silly, in public, don't worry-relax.
If traveling with a partner ask that he/she/they take over at the terminal with booking info check-in etc and reduce stress for you.

All the best for your trip.
