in is not it kuta but i daive with "bali scuba masters", the owner( made suarta) is balinese, speaks perfect english, and is a instructor for instructors! he also has great boats, gerat staff, and runs a great operation and still keep that "bali feel" i am sure u could find a web sight for him, he has transport as well for those out of his area! have fun1 diving is great!
