There are from memory 4 computers available in the Grand Bali Beach hotel lobby. I cant remember the cost but they are old/slow computers so I dont bother using them. There is a new hotel bar on the beach by the Tirta Pool.. I am not sure if that has wifi or not.
Otherwise a lot of the beach front restaurants that are close to the hotel have free wifi (you can ask for the wifi code when you buy food or drink) so i would suggest taking your laptop if you have room in your luggage. Hope that helps!
