Right down near the end of Legian towards Bemo corner on the right hand side of the road heading toward the corner, it's a really small shop and can be hard to find, if you're walking toward Kuta Square end of Legian it's just before the start of Poppies 1 lane. I've just come back from there and I was buying 3 singlets for 400,000 rupee, they're pretty good quality but the sizes tend to be a bit smaller, I usually take an XL but found the XXXL was the one for me.
